About the Role:
We are looking for a highly driven, no-nonsense Production Supervisor to join our busy team in Rochdale. If you’re someone who thrives on results, takes ownership, and knows how to manage people effectively – we want to hear from you.

You’ll oversee the day-to-day production processes, ensuring targets are met, and team members are held accountable. You'll need to motivate, challenge, and support your team to reach the highest standards while keeping a close eye on safety, quality, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of production operatives across the shift.

• Ensure smooth and efficient running of the production process.

• Drive continuous improvements to hit KPIs and targets.

• Tackle performance and discipline issues directly and fairly.

• Develop your team with good communication and leadership skills.

• Maintain safety and quality standards at all times.

• Strong people-management skills — approachable but not afraid to make tough decisions.

• Proven experience leading teams in a fast-paced production environment.
